INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Delivery costs are on the customer and are automatically calculated by our system when the order is placed. Delivery time is estimated to be within 5 - 6 working days from the moment the order is carried out. The above delivery time is listed as a guideline only and it is valid if impediments of any sort don't exist.

MINIMUM AMOUNT OF ORDER
Minimum amount of order for each purchase is 50,00 Euros.

PAYMENT
Payment by Credit Card. Safety of payement is ensured by an encrypted system of protection codes and processed through the bank system.

REFUND
Purchaser will take care of sending back the products. Products must be returned to Il Marchesato in un-used condition and in their original packages at the following address: IL MARCHESATO, Via Torino 55/A, 12037 Saluzzo (Italy)
Upon receiving returned goods, we will inspect the returned items and refund your money as soon as possible. Please allow us a few days for processing. If the item has signs of wear, is damaged or unsellable for any reason, the item will be replaced.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
