ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are normally shipped within 1–2 business days after production is completed.
If delays occur, customers are informed via email or telephone.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT TAXES & CLEARANCE PROCEDURE

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance requirements imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

• are determined by local authorities,

• are not included in our prices, and

• are the responsibility of the recipient.

Carriers such as DHL or FedEx may contact the recipient requesting payment or additional documents needed for customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for:

• monitoring shipment tracking,

• checking email and spam folders,

• responding promptly to courier requests,

• paying duties and providing required documents.

IMPORTANT – UNCOLLECTED OR UNCLEARED SHIPMENTS

If customs clearance is not completed, or duties or required documents are not provided within 30 days from shipment arrival in the destination country, or within the courier’s allowed storage period:

• The shipment may be returned to sender, or
• The shipment may be abandoned or disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities.

If a shipment is returned, all related costs, including:

• original shipping,

• return shipping,

• customs storage,

• handling,

• and re-import charges,

will be deducted from any possible refund.

If the shipment cannot be returned or is disposed of, no refund will be due.

Failure to complete customs clearance does not constitute non-delivery, as the shipment remains available once duties are paid and clearance is completed.

We strongly recommend all international customers monitor shipment updates carefully to ensure smooth delivery.
