Return Policy

Each of our creations is handcrafted in Italy with the utmost care.
We kindly ask our customers to carefully consider their purchase before ordering.
If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.


Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in perfect condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Even minimal signs of use may prevent acceptance of the return.


Non-returnable items

  • Custom-made or personalized products (including engravings, embroidery, or special fabric/handle combinations)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective or damaged)


Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
We will review your case and offer repair, replacement, or refund if applicable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are non-refundable

  • If such fees are charged to us when receiving your return, they will be deducted from your refund

Please mark all return parcels clearly as:
“Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please contact us before sending an item for exchange.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend a trackable and insured courier.
All shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.
